My guest today is Dr. Myles J. Schneider, DPM who brings us many answers in his book, "To Be or Not to Be Healthy", a primer that all politicians, healthcare professionals and the public should be reading. Guest Bio:
Myles J. Schneider, DPM grew up in the Bronx, New York and graduated from New York University in 1965 with a B.A. degree. He earned his DPM degree from the Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine in Cleveland, Ohio in 1969, after which he pursued training in foot surgery at the Kern Hospital for Special Surgery in Detroit, Michigan. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Podiatric Orthopedics and Primary Podiatric Medicine and has special interests in podiatric sports medicine and biomechanics. He has co-authored several books including The Family Foot Care Book and The Athlete's Health Care Book from the Hip Down. Dr. Schneider's future plans are to devote as much time as he can expounding on the importance of everyone becoming proactive about and self-responsible for their own health. He currently resides in Reston, Virginia.
